The Farm Shop


During July, August and September, we set aside a number of New Season lambs for home supplies to local customers. Using a local supply chain, we specify a traditional hanging time of 7-8 days, after which the meat is cut and boxed into a Half and Whole Lamb Packs. These are kept in freezer storage for private commercial customers in the Alde Valley area of East Suffolk.

These are released for collection from a seasonal Farm Shop in the last week of September and first week of October during autumn open farm events.
