to eat are supplied with our New Season Alde Valley Lamb through
the butcher we work with Salter & King. Again, only a limited
number of venues whom we know well and whose cooking we love
take our lamb.
We want you to be able to try our Alde Valley Lamb TM at its
very best, and we are delighted to work with the chefs and kitchens
at venues in East Suffolk through Salter & King. If you
see our lamb listed on their menus, you can rest assured that
it comes from the farm – it combines complete traceability
with low food miles !
